Big win for Falcons
Half-centuries by Mala (68) and Dipika Babu (89) powered Falcon Sports Club to a commanding victory over Raichur President’s XI in the KSCA Women’s league tournament.
Falcon scored at over seven an over whilst posting 370 for seven from their 50 overs.
President’s XI could manage no more than 70 as Rakshitha took four for 17 and Divya complemented her with three for six. On a bad day for Raichur teams, Convener’s XI were bundled out for 30, thanks to Krithika Hariharan’s five for 11. KIOC raced to 32 for one and a nine-wicket victory.
