Nirvair Nair shot nine-over 81 in the second and final round of the KGA South Zone junior golf championships to clinch the boys’ Category A title here at the KGA on Friday.
Nirvair totalled 160 to seal a one-shot victory over Nikhal Pai (77) while Vrushank Balu finished third at 162 after carding 80.
In Category B, both Sai Venkat Chuka and Yuvraj Joshni shot 161 but the former took the crown through a play-off.
