Batting first, Friends Union were restricted for 164 all out as Zeeshan Ali Sayed (3-28), Sadyojath (3-22) and Ritesh (2-62) wrecked havoc.
With Prithvi leading the way scoring an unbeaten 102, Bangalore United raced to 332 for six declared for an innings lead of 168 runs.
Ritesh (3-45) and Sadyojath (3-45) teamed up again to shatter Friends Union in their second innings, rolling them over for 177 in 47.2 overs.
Chasing a target of 10 runs, Bangalore United completed the formalities without much fuss.
