Speaking about the association Saina said as an athlete she was bound to follow dietary restrictions and the product she is endorsing - Fortune Plus - fitted the bill.
"As an athlete I follow a strict diet regime and constantly keep a check on my fitness. Exercises and workouts are an integral part of my practice sessions (and) thus it is imperative that the food I consume is healthy as well as light," she said today.
The product would be available in two variants - sunflower and soyabean - said company officials.
