Suresh Gavde, Senior sports journalist and president of Madhya Pradesh Table Tennis Association, passed away here this morning following a brief illness.
He was 75. He is survived by wife, daughter and son-in-law.
Gavde, who worked for Hindi daily `Nai Duniya' for a long time, had also been general secretary of the Table Tennis Federation of India for some time.
