Yashant Khambatta of Embassy International Riding School (EIRS) clinched the All India and Bangalore Horse Show Preliminary Show Jumping Individual titles on the opening day of the Junior National Equestrian Championship and Bangalore Horse Show at the Agram grounds on Sunday.

Khambatta, riding Christie, claimed the All India title pipping Major Amit Sinsinwar (astride Azad) of ASC Centre and College, Kaevaan Setalvad of Silver Spurs, Jaipur, who was atop Arizona and Lt Col Raj Sangram Singh of Arty, riding Godfather. The EIRS-lad won the event in a jump-off.
