Exactly a decade ago, Apple rolled out the company's first-ever smartwearable Watch (Gen 1). Since then, it has grown in popularity worldwide and is currently numero uno watch brand globally.
Apple Watch's trademark Activity Rings is the most used native app among the users. It offers a target for the owner to exercise, move and stand (at least one minute for 12 times) every day, to keep them physically fit.
Over time, users develop a strict discipline and for every milestone, it offers rewards in the form colourful virtual badges.
To mark the 10th year anniversary of the Watch on April 24, Apple will celebrate 'Global Close Your Rings Day' and offer special limited edition badges.
Users who close all three Activity rings will earn a limited-edition award, plus 10 animated stickers and an animated badge for Messages.
Further, Apple Watch users can also claim a special pin inspired by the award. They can pick up the pin at Apple Store locations worldwide starting April 24 until stocks last.

Apple also revealed an insightful data from the Apple Heart and Movement Study, which took inputs from more than 140,000 participants.
The Apple Heart and Movement Study is conducted in collaboration with Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the American Heart Association, and Apple.
The report noted that People who completed all three activity rings on the Apple Watch, there was 48 per cent less likely to have poor sleep quality. Also, 73 per cent less likely to experience elevated resting heart rate levels. And, 57 per cent less likely to report elevated stress.

Users can customise their goals of Activity Rings to fit their lifestyle, even by the day of the week. And,the Activity rings can be paused if a user needs a rest day.
Besides, the Activit Rings, Apple Watch can also track wide range of workouts such as running, cycling, swimming, hiking, and more. The Apple Watches come with advanced metrics tracking sensors and proprietary heart rate and calorie algorithms, which deliver accurate recordings to show how healthy and fit the body is.
Also, Apple Watch can even monitor sleep, offer insights on heart health, track the menstrual cycle, and even manage user's medications, monitor environmental noise levels, and do more.
