Popular smartphone maker Oppo plans to launch the company's new Reno13 series in India early next year.
The company took to the X platform to confirm that the Reno12 successor will launch in January. It also teased the device's design with a Plume Purple colour scheme.
The upcoming Reno13 series will come in two variants-- Reno13 and Reno 13 Pro. They feature an all-new design language. Called, Butterfly Shadow Design, the device's back panel will feature a visually appealing butterfly-shaped pattern.
Also, the new Reno13 Pro will feature two big camera islands with a smaller camera sensor and a circular-shaped LED flash on the back.
Oppo Reno13 is already available in China. Most of the features will remain the same.
The new Reno13 series is totued to the most durable compared to the previous iterations.
Both the devices are said to feature aerospace-grade aluminium frames around the display edge, one-piece sculpted glass backs, and Corning's Gorilla Glass 7i shield for the display.
The 6.83-inch Reno13 Pro is said to feature a bigger 5,800mAh battery. The 6.59-inch Reno13 will come with a 5,600mAh battery.
Both the variants will support 80W wired charging speed and 50W wireless charging speed.
The new Reno13 Pro will feature three 50MP cameras on the back and the regular Reno13 will sport dual-50MP cameras. Both devices will come with a 50MP front camera for selfies and video calling
Also, the upcoming Reno13 and Reno13 Pro will run Android 15-based ColorOS 15 and come with MediaTek Dimensity 8350 octa-core and support 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage.
The company has not revealed the specific day of Oppo Reno13 series launch yet but is expected to reveal the details in early January 2025.
