Oppo on Thursday (January 9) launched the company's much-awaited Reno13 series mid-range phones in India.
It comes in two variants-- Reno13 and Reno13 Pro. They come with pretty much the same features and design but differ in terms of display size, battery capacity and camera hardware.
The top-end Reno13 Pro sports a 6.83-inch 1.5K (2800 x 1272p) curved OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and support up to 1200 nits peak brightness.
Inside, the device comes with a 4nm class MediaTek Dimensity 8350 4nm processor with Mali-G615 MC6 GPU, Android 15-based ColorOS 15, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM with 256GB / 512GB UFS 3.1 storage, and a 5,800mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging capability.
In terms of photography hardware, Oppo Reno13 Pro boasts of triple camera module--a 50MP (with 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX890 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, OIS: Optical Image Stabilisation) + 8MP 112-degree ultra-wide camera (with OV08D10 sensor, ƒ/2.2) + 50MP periscope camera (with Samsung JN5 sensor, 3.5X optical zoom, f/2.8) with LED flash on the back. It can 4K 60 fps videos.
On the front, it houses a 50MP camera (with Samsung JN5 sensor, f/2.0). Both the front and the back cameras can record 4K videos at 60 frames per second (fps).
The standard Oppo Reno13 features a smaller 6.59-inch 1.5K(2760 × 1256p) flat OLED curved display with 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1200 nits peak brightness.
Oppo Reno13 comes with IP66/68/69 water-and-dust resistant rating.

On the front, it houses a 50MP camera (with Samsung JN5 sensor, f/2.0). Both the front and the back cameras can record 4K videos at 60 frames per second (fps).
Both the Oppo devices also come with dual SIM slots (type: nano), a type-c port, an in-display fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor and also come with IP66/IP68/IP69 water-and-dust resistant certification. The new Oppo Reno13 series can survive extreme temperatures up to 55-degree Celsius and also high-speed water jet up to 1,450 PSI force.
Also, both the Reno13 and Reno13 Pro come with several generative Artificial Intelligence (gen AI) features such as Circle to Search and photography tools-- AI Eraser, AI Reflection Remover, AI Unblur, AI Clarity AI Studio and more.
Oppo Reno13 will be available in two colours-- ivory white and luminous blue. It comes in two storage options-- 128GB and 256GB-- for Rs 37,999 and Rs 39,999, respectively.
Oppo Reno13 Pro will be available in two colours-- graphite grey and mist lavender. It comes in two storage options-- 256GB and 512GB-- for Rs 49,999 and Rs 54,999, respectively.
