As 2024 comes to a close, Google has rreleased the Year in Search 2024 edition report. It offers insightful things about what piqued the interests of most people on Google's search platform in India.
Compared to the previous year, which saw India suffering a crushing defeat in the finals of the ICC ODI Cricket World Cup, 2024 is an eventful and joyous moment particularly in Cricket, the most popular sport in the country. Earlier this year, India won the T20 World Cup.
2024 also saw high-voltage Lok Sabha elections with BJP-led National Democratic Alliance forming the government.
However, 2024 also witnessed the sad demise of Ratan Tata, a corporate giant of India.
