Xiaomi subsidiary Poco has teased the upcoming new phone, M7 Plus, on the social media platform in India.
To build curiosity among prospective buyers, Poco has confirmed that the upcoming Android phone M7 Plus will come with a massive 7,000mAh battery.
It also adds that the battery will come with Silicon Carbon technology. With this, the battery cells will be able to hold on to the power-carrying capacity longer than conventional phones in the market. Also, it will support reverse charging as well.
With a full charge, it will be able to support 27 hours of video streaming, and people will be able to use navigation apps such as Google Maps for close to 12 hours on a stretch.

The company added that the Poco M7 Plus will be the slimmest phone with a 7,000mAh battery. It is slated for launch on August 13 in India.
In a related development, Xiaomi's REDMI is also expected to bring a new Redmi 15 series phone later this month on August 19.
It is also expected to come with a 7,000mAh battery. The company also revealed that the Redmi 15 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 octa-core processor and run Android 15-based HyperOS 2. It will sport a big 6.9-inch full HD display and support up to 144Hz refresh rate, and come with Eye Safe certification.
