Washington: Russian President Vladimir Putin is banking on the United States failing to deliver for Kyiv, President Joe Biden said on Tuesday after a White House meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"We must prove him wrong," he told a joint news conference with Zelenskiy. "If we don't stop Putin ... (he) will keep going."
