Militants raided a government building in eastern Afghanistan on Wednesday, officials said, setting off explosions in an ongoing attack.
"I can confirm an armed attack on a branch of the education department in Jalalabad (city)," Nangarhar provincial governor spokesman Attaullah Khogyani told AFP.
