Karachi police chief Fayyaz Leghari said no foreign national was in the car when it was attacked.An administrative officer of the consulate and a guard were injured in the firing, police said.The gunmen fled after the attack.Leghari said the attackers might have been trying to steal the car.No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
