Criticising the ‘controversial movie’ 'Why I killed Gandhi' Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole on January 23 said that we will request the Maharashtra Chief Minister to ban the release of the film in the state. “If you portray Gandhiji's murderer as hero, it's not acceptable. Our country is known through Gandhi and his ideology. He is celebrated worldwide. Congress will oppose it, will request the Chief Minister not to allow this movie's release in Maharashtra,” said Patole.
