Auto ride-booking app Namma Yatri on Monday began its services in Chennai.
The twitter account of the ride hailing app made this announcement on Twitter
"Vanakkam Chennai! 🙏, 🥁 Namma Yatri is now in your city 🥁," said Namma Yatri in a post.
Namma Yatri was launched in November 2022 in Bengaluru as the 'drivers' own app' and has a 25 per cent market share of the app-based auto rides in the city.
