<p>Bengaluru: Bengaluru-based Brigade Enterprises Ltd reported a profit after tax (PAT) for the January to March quarter (Q4) of financial year 2024-25 (FY25) of Rs 249 crore, 19% higher than Rs 211 reported in Q4 FY24.</p>.<p>The real estate company’s overall revenue for the quarter at Rs 1,532 crore. This is 13% lower than its revenue in the same quarter of FY24, which was Rs 1,763 crore, the firm reported in a regulatory filing on Wednesday.</p>.<p>The firm’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at Rs 488 crore in Q4 FY25, a 1% climb from Rs 493 crore reported the previous year.</p>.<p>Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd said, “The consistent demand has fuelled our expansion, and with a strong pipeline of 26 msf of ongoing projects and approximately 15 msf of upcoming developments, we are confident that we can maintain this momentum in the coming quarters as well. This marks an increase of 9% from Rs 2,243 crore in Q4 FY24.</p>.<p>On its real estate sales for the entire fiscal, Brigade reported its highest-ever value at Rs 7,847 crore, marking a 31% year-on-year growth.</p>.<p>On Wednesday, Brigade Enterprises also announced its acquisition of a 5.41-acre land parcel on Velachery Road, Chennai, through an outright purchase. The project will have a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 1,600 crore, with a development potential of about 8 lakh square feet. The transaction value of the acquisition is about Rs 441.7 crore.</p>
