<p>Bengaluru: Olive by Embassy, the hospitality arm of Embassy Group, has launched Open Hotels, a fully remote-operated, AI-native hotel brand. Designed to transform the economics of budget-to-midscale hotels, Open is now available via two models: franchise and full management.</p>.<p>Announcing the launch of the new brand, here on Wednesday, Kahraman Yigit, CEO & Co-founder, Olive by Embassy said, “We were the first to run hotel receptions through video conferencing. Once we layered in Voice AI and analytics, guest satisfaction and profit margins surged.”</p>.<p>After testing the new tech stack at its Olive hotels, the company is now offering it under Open Hotels. It has already signed 12 hotels and live across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Vijayawada and Chikkamagaluru.Over the next one year, it aims to expand it to 130 hotel properties across the country. It currently operates 87 hotel properties.</p>.<p>Open Hotels will replace front desks with live video reception, handled centrally. Operational staff remain onsite, but overall staff-to-room ratio drops from 0.7 to 0.3, a 57% efficiency gain, Yigit added.</p>
