<p>Subex Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Subash Menon has resigned and will continue as a non-independent director of the company, according to a BSE filing. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The decision was taken at the board meeting of the company on Thursday.<br />Menon said in a statement, “With the restructuring of FCCBs complete, I have decided to focus on my other business interests and hence this move.” He did not respond to calls seeking comment.<br /><br />Subex shares on BSE fell 3.85 per cent on Thursday.</p>
