BJP and Opposition parties hurl allegations against each other

Allegations flew thick with the BJP accusing the JDS of resorting to black magic to grab power and the JD(S) accusing the saffron power of practicing occult to cling to the chair.

Discovery of turmeric water being strewn across near the Vidhan Soudha today, has given room to animated discussions of both parties trying to nullify the perceptibly potential powerwrecked by all the voodooism and to safeguard themselves from the evil eye of their rivals.

The civic body's forest officials also nabbed two persons near the BJP office yesterday and recovered from them jackal skins, jackal tails and some bones, allegedly materials required for witchcraft. Investigations were on to detect why they were present there and why they were in possesion of these materials.

The main entrance gates of the Vidhan Soudha, also apparently on the insistence of an astrologer, had been closed to ward away any evil forces and to retain all the positive energy. However, police claim the move was part of heightened security measures.
