QI am 22 years old and I weigh 55 kg. When I eat, I am unable to finish the food on my plate and I end up vomiting if I force the food down. This has been going on for a month now. What should I do?

AThe above signs and symptoms are typical indicators of dyspepsia or dysfunctional bowel syndrome. Dyspepsia means impaired digestion. It could be an early sign of peptic ulcers, however this is just a hunch and will need further investigation. I would suggest you see your General Practitioner (GP) for tests and appropriate medication at the earliest. Try and eat smaller, balanced meals and chew your food slowly.

QI am 21 years old and I have hair on my face. I want to get rid of it permanently. What should I do?

A Here are few home remedies:

*Apply a mixture of cucumber juice and lime juice to your face to lighten the area.

*Dissolve 1 tsp sugar in water and lemon juice. Apply the mixture in the direction of hair growth. Rinse after 10-15 minutes. Apply this pack twice a week.

*Mix together one tablespoon lemon juice and four teaspoons of honey and apply it on the face. Rinse after 10-15 minutes.

*Mix turmeric powder with milk and apply on face. Scrub it off slowly moving your fingers in a circular motion, and wash off with cold water.

*Blend one egg white with one tablespoon of sugar and half a tablespoon of corn flour until it becomes a sticky paste. Apply the mixture to your face. When it dries, gently peel the mask off. Repeat this 3-4 times a week.

The above-mentioned tips are meant for bleaching. This does not remove hair but lightens the skin.
