The celebrity website has obtained photographs of Baena and the son, whose features are reportedly similar to that of Schwarzenegger.
Baena was pregnant with the love child at the same time Schwarzenegger's wife Maria Shriver was expecting the youngest of her four children, Christopher, 13.
The staffer, however, continued with her job inspite of being pregnant and Shriver was led to believe that the child belonged to Baena's then husband, whom she divorced now.
Baena, who claims to be "single" and "searching for a serious relationship", currently lives in a four-bedroom house with a pool, several hours outside Los Angeles, with her three other children besides Schwarzenegger's child, who is now 14-years-old.
Baena admitted to having physical relationship with the former bureaucrat during the daytime, thus preventing any suspicions about their alleged affair.
The Hollywood action star discovered the paternity of his love child when the boy was a toddler. He recently confessed to having fathered the child, which led to his wife Maria Shriver walking out of their 25 year old marriage.
"This is a painful and heartbreaking time. As a mother, my concern is for the children. I ask for compassion, respect and privacy as my children and I try to rebuild our lives and heal. I will have no further comment," said Shriver.
The 'Terminator' star and Shriver have four children together - Katherine, 21, Christina, 19, Patrick, 17, and Christopher.
Schwarzenegger, who has long been plagued by allegations of womanising and boorish behaviour towards females, is reported to have used his Santa Monica office for meetings with a series of women, around five to seven years ago.
