Gowthameshwari, 39, who was allegedly running a prostitution racket using a massage parlour as a facade, was arrested by the CCB sleuths in HAL II Stage.
The Jeevanbima Nagar police have rescued four girls from Sikkim and Bangalore, besides recovering Rs 2,100 in cash and a mobile phone.
The suspect had rented a house four months ago.
On the pretext of running a beauty parlour, she used to lure girls promising them jobs.
The girls were then forced into flesh trade, according to the police.
