Apricot
* To overcome anaemia, soak a few apricots in milk, mix some jaggery powder in it, and consume regularly
* A few apricots taken at bedtime work as a good laxative. Recommended for constipation
*Take a few cooked apricots with honey, regularly. It has a detoxifying effect on the body Gooseberry
* For anaemia, take a glass of amla juice with honey
*For general weakness, take 1 tsp of amla powder with 2 tsp of honey, in a glass of milk, regularly for a month
*For burning eyes or piles, make a glass of water with 3 tbsp of amla juice and a tsp of sugar candy, and consume twice a day. This also gives relief from nausea, during pregnancy
* To reduce body fat (obesity), drink a glass of warm water with 1 tsp of amla powder twice a day
* For winter dryness of skin, regularly apply a mixture of amla juice and sesame oil. It softens the skin
Pineapple
* For throat infection, drink a glass of pineapple juice with a pinch of salt and pepper powder
*For nausea, drink a glass of pineapple juice with salt
*To reduce body heat, drink a glass of pineapple juice regularly
*Regular intake of pineapple helps to reduce joint pains, as it contains the enzyme bromelain
* To get relief from itching eczema, apply a few spoonfuls of fresh pineapple juice
