Mumbai-based real estate developer Oberoi Realty plans to completely develop the remaining part of its Goregaon land bank over the next 5 years.
“Oberoi has an 80 acre land parcel at Goregaon. We have already done 50 per cent of our total development at the location. The rest 50 per cent will be developed over the next 5 years,” Oberoi Realty chairman and MD Vikas Oberoi said.
The company, which launched its first ever project in the central suburbs in Mulund, is bullish about the prospects of the new launch.
The twin projects, Eternia and Enigma, would be spread over a plot of 9 acres each. While Eternia would comprise of approximately 1100 plus units, Enigma would have around 600 plus units. The bookings for the project will start on January 14.
The smallest apartment, comprising 880 sq ft, would cost around Rs 2 crore, that is around Rs 20,000 per sq ft.
