BJP releases manifesto, promises realistic budget

Last Updated 16 August 2015, 20:32 IST

The BJP’s election manifesto booklet does not display photographs of any of the five mayors who held the reins of City administration in the last five years.

Instead, it has a big picture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The photo gallery has the pictures of Amit Shah besides the State leaders and the Lok Sabha members from Bengaluru. It looks like the mega scams that hit the Palike has made the party shy away from making any reference to its corporators.

The slogans on the cover page are: Clean & Safe Bengaluru and Committed to One Bengaluru.

While seeking mandate once more, the BJP has promised to a lot to voters.
