<div>Bengaluru-based online recruitment startup Hiree, which was previously known as myNoticePeriod, has come up with many features, including ‘Selfie Resume.’ <br /><br />Talking about Hiree.com’s latest features, Manjunath Talwar, co-founder and CEO of Hiree, said, “We launched this selfie or video resume in December last year. Job seekers can upload a one-minute video, and this new feature has gained quite a good feedback from both job seekers and recruiters.”<br /><br />At present, there are more than five lakh job seekers associated with Hiree, and more than 1,500 employers are working with the recruitment startup. “Of the total employers, a majority of them are startup companies. If you take job seekers, 50 per cent of them are looking for jobs in technology,” said Talwar.<br /><br />Hiree has both job seekers and recruiters’ app. “About 10,000 people are downloading our app every month. One can compare recruiters on the app,” said Talwar.<br /><br />The online recruitment startup, which has its presence in six cities, is now focussing on increasing its market share within these cities. <br /><br /></div>
