<p>After setting the cash registers ringing in ‘Mungaru Male’ and ‘Gaalipata’, director Yogaraj Bhat and actor Ganesh joined hands for ‘Mugulu Nage’ which released on Friday.<br /><br />The songs in this film have already topped the charts and raised hopes of recreating the ‘Mungaru Male’ magic all over again.<br /><br />The story of ‘Mugulu Nage’ traces the lives of a young man and four women.<br /><br />Talking about the character of Ganesh, Yogaraj says, “Ganesh portrays the life of a young man who remains calm and cheerful all the time. He doesn’t know what it is like to be sad. It is his positive spirit that makes him popular among his friends and family.” But there’s a twist in the tale, adds Yogaraj.<br /><br />He says that there are four different stories running simultaneously in the film. <br />About the choice of heroines, Yogaraj says, “All the four heroines were chosen after an audition in Mumbai a few years ago. It is a challenge to match up to Ganesh’s performance but all the heroines in the film have worked very hard and done full justice to their respective characters.”<br /><br />Asked if ‘Mugulu Nage’ will entertain the audience just like ‘Mungaru Male’, Yogaraj says, “It is the audience who gave us full marks for what we did in ‘Mungaru Male’ and even now, I am sure that they will like what has been done in ‘Mugulu Nage’. The two projects are dramatically different and don’t resemble each other in any way. The audience is the best judge.”<br /><br />When asked about the strong friendship between Ganesh and Yogaraj, he says that he has known Ganesh and seen his capabilities at close quarters even before the actor entered the film industry.<br /><br />“The strong friendship that Ganesh and I have shared over the years is reflected in the projects that we worked on. It is important that the actors and director share a good rapport. This strong bond is sure to enhance the quality of the project and take the entertainment to a different level,” he adds.<br /><br />He also says that he admires how Ganesh goes about his work. <br />“Ganesh is quick to grasp the requirements for his character and portrays it well. He always contributes to enhancing the final product,” he adds.<br /><br />Sharing his experience of working on ‘Mugulu Nage’, Yogaraj says that leading a team is easy but working on four different stories in one project is like working on four different projects.<br /><br />“All the four stories that we have captured in this film require a different body language and makeover. This is done to weed out repetition and monotony,” he adds.<br /><br />The director also says that the songs in the film are something to watch out for. <br />“Every song has a unique flavour and identity,” says Yogaraj.<br /><br /></p>
