All roads lead to CREDAI Expo...

After the stupendous success of CREDAI-Bengaluru's annual property showcase, the CREDAI Property Expo at Kalyani Kala Mandir in South Bengaluru, CREDAI Bengaluru is all set to host twin property expos this weekend in North Bengaluru and East Bengaluru respectively.

Scheduled to be held at White Orchid, Manyata Tech Park in Hebbal in North Bengaluru on Mar 16, 17 and 18, and at Hotel Park Plaza, Marathahalli in East Bengaluru on  Mar 17 & 18, this CREDAI Property Expo will showcase 200 projects across 51 numbers of developers besides five financial institutions to facilitate home loans for prospective homebuyers.

Ashish R Puravankara, president, CREDAI-Bengaluru & managing director, Puravankara Ltd. says, "Going by the upward trend in the Bengaluru market, our endeavour is to bring best quality homes under one roof through these home fests. The whole idea is to make home buying easy and seamless."

He further adds, "It has been heartening to see the response in South Bengaluru last weekend. We hope to see a similar or actually better response in North & East Bengaluru, both of which are IT hubs of Bengaluru. This is a sure sign of market revival and one can say that all the market data has proven correct."

Bimal Hegde, chairman, CREDAI-Bengaluru Expo Committee, explains, "Our previous expo in South Bengaluru was a great success and we are confident even the North & East Bangalore expos will get a great response."

"North & East Bengaluru largely comprise of IT professionals, as these localities are technology hubs of the city. These twin CREDAI expos this weekend will provide best opportunities for home buying," avers Anil Nayak, CEO, CREDAI Bengaluru.

One of the main USPs of this expo is the fact that the venue of the exhibition is a centrally located one, enabling people from all around its radius to come forward and explore properties, without going out of their comfort zone.

Given the hectic pace of life, this ease of access is most appreciated, especially since it takes place on a weekend. This exhibition will be easily accessible to those who live in North and East Bengaluru and are on the lookout for a home.
