<p class="bodytext">Muliya Keshavaiah, the founder-president of Karnataka Bank Officers' Association and an office-bearer of Federation of All India Bank Employees, passed away on Tuesday. He was 81.</p>.<p class="bodytext">A graduate in Law and a post-graduate in Economics, Keshavaiah retired after 33 years of service in Karnataka Bank. Post-retirement, he was practising law as well as into agriculture.</p>.<p class="bodytext">He had also penned a book on "Facilities and Service Rules of Bank Employees."</p>.<p class="bodytext">He also has the credit of creating a Yakshagana episode on "Yesu Krista Mahathme" way back in 1976, which was later translated into English and German languages. The same book was revised and published in 2017.</p>.<p class="bodytext">He is survived by wife and four sons.</p>
