Waist-deep flooding brings Bengaluru to its knees; see pics

Heavy rain continued to torment the people in Karnataka with Bengaluru being the worst affected. Rain battered Bengaluru for the third day, throwing life out of gear and triggering water logging in several areas that left many stranded. CM Basavaraj Bommai toured the rain-affected areas in Bengaluru and also inspected the ongoing metro work and the stormwater drains.
