Bihar Assembly Election Result 2020: Amarpur Assembly Constituency

Bihar Election Result: The Election Commission on November 10 declared the winner of Amarpur Assembly Constituency (AC No 159) in Banka district which went to polls on October 28, 2020. Jayant Raj of the Janata Dal (United) won the Amarpur seat beating Indian National Congress candidate Jitendra Singh by a margin of 3114 votes.

In Bihar Assembly Election 2015, JD(U) candidate Janardan Manjhi won Amarpur constituency seat with a margin of 7.6% securing 73707 votes against BJP candidate Mrinal Shekhar.
