The Election Commission on November 10 declared the winner of Narkatiaganj Assembly Constituency (AC No 03) in Pashchim Champaran district which went to polls on November 07, 2020. Rashmi Varma of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Narkatiaganj seat beating Indian National Congress candidate Vinay Varma by a margin of 21134 votes.

In Bihar Assembly Election 2015, Congress candidate Vinay Varma won Narkatiaganj constituency seat with a margin of 10.5% securing 57212 votes against BJP candidate Renu Devi.
