<p>State BJP president B S Yeddyurappa stated that he would request BJP leaders not to say that the coalition government would fall and BJP would come to power in the State immediately after May 23.</p>.<p class="bodytext">"Our leaders should not speak so till May 23. I have also not said that the coalition government would fall, and I am not in a dream to become the chief minister, as criticised by Congress leaders. Let us take a decision based on the results of Lok Sabha and Assembly by-elections results which would be out on May 23," he said.</p>.<p class="bodytext">After BJP would win 22 LS seats and 2 Assembly seats, infighting in Congress-JD(S) alliance would get intensified, and anything can happen then, he told media persons here on Sunday.</p>.<p class="CrossHead">Leaders say it again</p>.<p class="bodytext">However, former minister Govind Karjol later said, B S Yeddyurappa would be the chief minister again, after the BJP would win two Assembly seats for which by-elections are being held.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Former chief minister Jagadish Shettar noted that by-polls results would put an end to the rule of the coalition government. Former deputy chief minister K S Eshwarappa predicted that the existence of Congress has to be searched after May 23 results.</p>
