Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury calls PM Modi ‘Udghatan mantri’

Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Sunday reached the spot in Balasore where the horrific train accident took place on Friday. He also called PM Modi a 'udghatan mantri'  who is just busy with inaugurating projects. 

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has deputed former MoS Railways Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury and AICC In-Charge A Chella Kumar to visit the train crash site in Odisha to take stock of the situation.
