<p>A minor girl at Kollam district in south Kerala was sexually abused by her father and brother's friend.</p>.<p>The shocking incident came to light after the 15-year-old girl was found to be pregnant. On counselling by the child protection authorities, the girl revealed the sexual assault that she has faced.</p>.<p>She was hospitalised after she complained of health issues. On medical examination, she was found to be pregnant and the hospital authorities reported the matter to the police.</p>.<p>According to police sources, the girl said in her statement that her father sexual harassed her in their house since November last year. Afterwards, a friend of her brother also sexually assaulted her. The family is financially weak and to make matters worse, the father is an alcoholic.</p>.<p>Both the accused have been held by the police.</p>
