Nearly 200 flats were sold, and of these, 75 buyers paid the initial deposit on the spot and received allotment letters. Around 125 others pre-booked flats.</p>.<p>During the mela, 75 flats in Kommaghatta, 20 in Kanimanikere, one villa flat in Hunnigere, and six flats in Konadasapura were sold.</p>
