<p>Bengaluru: The <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/india/karnataka/bengaluru">Bengaluru</a> police have registered 11 unnatural death reports (UDRs) following the stampede at M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday, where <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/india/karnataka/bengaluru/inconsolable-grief-anguished-cries-in-hospital-corridors-3571886">11 people were killed</a>. </p>.<p>Police sources confirmed that as of now, no FIRs were registered, and instead UDRs were registered "as per procedure". </p>.Three major lapses: No coordination, no communication, no crowd management.<p>The deceased were Divyanshi BS, 14, from Yelahanka; Bhumik, 19, from MS Ramaiah Layout; Poornachandra, 26, from Mandya; Sahana, 23, from Kolar; Chinmaya Shetty, 19, from Doddakallasandra; Akshata Pai, 26, from Uttara Kannada; Manoj Kumar, 20, from Tumkur; Shravan KT, 20, from Chikkaballapura; Kamakshidevi, 29, from Tamil Nadu; and Shivu alias Shivalinga, 17, from Yadgir; and Prajwal, 22, from Yelahanka New Town.</p><p>The deaths occurred during the scheduled victory celebration of Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), who won their maiden IPL title on Tuesday. </p><p>Over 30 who were injured were being treated, including one who remains critical with head injuries, police said.</p>
