<p>A 48-year-old doctor who is suspected to have killed his mother and sister by injecting a high dose of diabetic insulin, told the police that the women had injected the insulin themselves.</p>.<p>The police said on Monday that Dr Govind Prakash, who had also injected insulin into himself in a suicide attempt, is still under treatment at a private hospital and will be taken into custody in two days after he is discharged.</p>.<p>The RR Nagar police who are investigating the case added that Dr Prakash’s claim can be verified in the FSL report.</p>.<p>Prakash, who is practising in a major hospital, is suffering from a headache, while his sister Shyamala (40) was suffering from body pain and their mother was also suffering from a headache and was depressed after she could not get a match for her divorced daughter and unmarried son. It was said that all three had entered into a suicide pact and Prakash gave them a high dose of insulin and later injected it into himself on Friday night.</p>.<p>Dr Prakash’s father Subraya Bhat told the police that he found a note written by his son from the spot which revealed that they were all committing suicide on their own wish.</p>
