<p>Hassan City police have registered a case against minister A Manju on the charge of violation of the moral code of conduct.<br /><br />Based on instructions of deputy commissioner Rohini Sindhuri Dasari, a complaint was lodged with the police.<br /><br />The minister has been booked under IPC Section 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant).<br /><br />Manju was charged with using the government building even after the moral code of conduct came into effect.<br /><br />The deputy commissioner, who is also election officer, had slapped a notice on the minister seeking his clarification.</p>
