The City Municipal Council (CMC) has begun water supply in the town from Wednesday morning.
Water was supplied to five wards after water lifting process in Baje reservoir was completed.
CMC Commissioner Anand Kallolikar told DH that the areas covered on Wednesday morning include Kodavur, Malpe and Palekatte.
