<p>Mumbai: Navi Mumbai resident Subodh Patil, who sustained gunshot wounds, during the Pahalgam terrorist attack on tourists, returned home on Friday, however, the incident continues to haunt him. </p><p>“It was shocking…they just asked…who among you are Hindus?…stand up…they started firing…anyone who wanted to say something were shot,” said Patil, a resident of Kamothe in Raigad district.</p>.Terrorists involved in Pahalgam massacre still believed to be hiding in south Kashmir forests.<p>The 60-year-old literally broke down as he narrated what happened in the Baisaran meadow.</p><p>“I got shot and fell unconscious…. I woke up after many hours and found myself surrounded by dead bodies. The local who brought me up there recognised me. He gave me water and brought me to the exit on his back. From there, he took me downhill on a bike,” said Patil, who has got bullet wounds on his neck.</p><p>Thereafter, Patil was taken by helicopter and shifted to Army hospital, where he underwent treatment.</p><p>In fact, when Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde visited Srinagar, he met Patil and inquired about his health. </p><p>Patil and his wife were welcomed by their neighbours, relatives and locals in the area.</p><p>The couple were part of a group of 39 tourists who had made a trip to Pahalgam arranged by Nisarg Paryatan Tours.</p>
