<p>Unidentified militants shot at and critically injured a panchayat member in the Khonmoh area in the outskirts of Srinagar on Wednesday evening.</p>.<p>A police officer said the militants fired upon the Sarpanch Sameer Ahmad Bhat at Khonmoh, leaving him critically injured.
