<p>Lucknow: Prime Minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/narendra-modi">Narendra Modi </a>is likely to take a holy dip in ‘Sangam’ (the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and the mythical Saraswati rivers) at the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj on February 5. </p><p>The officials, however, said that the prime minister's visit is yet to be finalised.</p><p>President Droupadi Murmu is also expected to visit the Maha Kumbh on February 10, according to the sources. Murmu is likely to take part in some cultural events as well. </p><p>Sources have also revealed that Union Home Minister Amit Shah would be visiting the Maha Kumbh on Monday while Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhad is likely to take a holy dip in Sangam on February 1.</p><p>Shah, during his visit, will also offer prayers on the banks of Ganga and hold meetings with the officials in Prayagraj.</p>.Maha Kumbh: Gautam Adani visits Prayagraj with family, offers prayers at Sangam.<p>Although there were reports of former Congress president and leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and his sister and party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi visiting the Maha Kumbh, UP Congress sources said that their programs were not yet finalised.</p><p>The officials are gearing up to manage huge crowds of devotees who are expected to arrive at the Maha Kumbh on the occasion of ‘Shahi Snan’ (royal bath) on ‘Mauni Amavasya’ on January 29. The other ‘shahi snan’ will take place on the occasion of ‘Basant Panchami’ on February 3.</p><p>Sources said that the Mela administration has issued new guidelines with regards to the use of LPG cylinders at the Maha Kumbh following an incident of fire a few days back in which scores of cottages were gutted.</p>
