<p>Azerbaijani forces on Sunday shelled Stepanakert, the main city of the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenian officials said as fighting entered a second week.</p>.<p>In Stepanakert, an AFP team on the ground heard the sound of sirens at around 9:30 am followed by several explosions.
