JOIN USActor Jayanthi (Abhinaya Sharade) said it would be fatal for the Kannada film industry if dubbing of other language films is allowed like in other states.
She was responding to a felicitation at ‘Janapada Jaggali, Hasya Sanje’ programme organised at Thopina Thimmappa temple at Abalavadi in the taluk as part of Vaikunta Ekadashi.
Appealing to the people not to be swayed by other language cinema, she said Kannada movies need patronage of Kannadigas.
