The Mangalore Electricity Supply Company (Mescom) Limited has clarified that consumers cannot defer the payment of electricity bills for a period of three months till June.
No such directions have been received from Ministry of Power or Central and state governments or Escoms on deferring electricity bill payments, a press released issued by Mescom said.
