Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will visit flood-ravaged Kodagu on Friday.
Nirmala will take a helicopter from Mysuru and land at Harangi helipad at 9 am. Then, she will visit Kuvempu Layout and Sai Layout to meet the flood victims. She will also visit sites of landslides at Madapura and also a relief camp at Madikeri.
Nirmala will hold a review meeting with officials to get an update on the relief and rehabilitation works taken in the district, according to a statement released by the state BJP.
