Despite the premium Phone (3) not getting much traction, 2025 was a really good year for Nothing Inc. The credit goes to the mid-range Phone (3a) and (3a) Pro, and the budget Phone(3a) Lite and the subsidiary CMF Phone 2 Pro series. They received a tremendous response in India, the world's fastest and second biggest smartphone market globally.

London-based brand recorded an impressive 83 per cent year-on-year growth in 2025, with momentum continuing into the final quarter, where CMF grew 59 per cent year-on-year in Q4 2025, making it the fastest-growing brand in its category during the period.

Now, Nothing Inc., it is all geared up to launch the new line of affordable Phone (4a) series.

Company co-founder Akis Evangelidis took to the X platform to confirm that the company will bring Phone (4a) soon. He also revealed that only a few units of the Phone (3a) series stocks are left, and regretted failing to foresee such good demand.

We expect the company to have more units of the Phone 4a series this year, as it has announced to skip the flagship Phone 4 launch in 2026.

Though Evangelidis has not revealed the launch date of Phone (3a )'s successor, rumours are rife that it may make its global debut in the first week of March.

Like the predecessor, the new device is expected to come in two variants-- Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro. Both are expected to come with a new design, improved durability (IP65), incremental upgrades in terms of battery capacity, camera hardware, storage (UFS 3.1), LPDDR4x RAM, Android 16-based NothingOS and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7 series chipsets.

In a related development, Nothing Inc is all set to open the doors of its first flagship India store in Bengaluru, the Silicon Valley of India.

The upcoming store is the company's first global store outside London (Nothing Store Soho at 4 Peter Street).

It should be noted that Nothing launched the company's first-ever exclusive walk-in repair centre in Bengaluru in 2023. Since then, it has expanded to more cities, including Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and others.

Nothing's new fully-owned exclusive store is scheduled to open on February 14 in Bengaluru.
