The new Samsung Vision AI is an upgraded version of the company's proprietary Bixby AI bot.

It is powered multiple generative Artificial Intelligence (gen AI) Large Language Models (LLMs)-- including Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity to ensure the AI bot understands complex queries and respond with accurate contextual answers.

By just pressing the AI button on the remote, users can converse with the smart TV via voice commands and ask for information, such as selecting a movie from an OTT app or controlling volume.

Also, even if you are watching a movie and realise a cricket match is going on and want to know the score, he/she can just pause and ask the Samsung Vision AI companion for the latest update.

Also, there is an AI Gaming Mode. It can enhance gameplay with responsive, AI-powered optimisation for picture and sound to deliver immersive gaming experience.

The Samsung Vision AI companion also offers an option for users to create personalised wallpaper with text prompts. When the TV is on, but not in use or paused for long time, the screen turns on visually appealing wallpapers.

The new Samsung Vision AI update also brings new features such as AI Picture, AVA Pro and AI Upscaling Pro. They can automatically optimise picture and audio quality, ensuring every scene looks clear and sound output is crisp.

Samsung Vision AI Companion update is available across the 2025 lineup, including Neo QLED, Micro RGB, OLED, QLED step-up TVs, Smart Monitors and The Movingstyle.

All the 2025 series TVs run Samsung's UI Tizen. The company offers seven years of OS software upgrades to maintain security and deliver new features over time.

Further, Samsung Vision AI supports 10 languages — including Korean, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. In the coming months, we can expect support for Hindi and other domestic Indian languages.
